Your Acceptance
By using the Third Thumb website you agree to the terms and conditions listed below and consent to our privacy policy. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred by any laws from using the Third Thumb website. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself in all required fields. You do not agree to give, nor can we accept, your first-born child.
Liability
Third Thumb is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We’re not sure what possible loses could eventuate from the sensible use of our website but our lawyer told us to write this, and quite frankly, we’re afraid of him.
We reserve the right to refuse any order if we’re at all suspicious about it. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Delivery
The delivery times listed on this website are estimates only. Third Thumb uses reputable distribution companies for the dispatch of shirts and as such cannot be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. How could we possibly know it was wrong?
Returns
We want you to love what you order and cherish it until the end of days. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, or refund. All returns must be made within 45 days of placing your order. We don’t accept returns or exchanges after the 45-day period.
Please fill out the return form sent with your order (or get another one here) and send it back, along with your item(s) to:

Indicate what you’re returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the item(s) you’re returning. You’ll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
If you’re asking for an exchange, we’ll send your replacement item(s) at no charge.
If you’re asking for a refund, you’ll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
All returned items must be in the original condition in which you received them. We do NOT accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change. That’s life.
If you live outside of New Zealand there may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. We don’t want it to happen but we have no say in the matter. If you are charged duties and taxes by the destination you will be responsible for these upon delivery.
All credit cards are charged in New Zealand Dollars. Non-New Zealand currency figures are approximations based on an exchange rate. GST is not charged to customers who are not within New Zealand.
